There’s a weird human trait that gets us every time. This one has nothing to do with your phone listening to your conversations and Google showing you ads related to them for days. This one is built into your DNA. At least, that’s where I think it is. It’s that selective attention we have. When you buy a new (to you) car, you start seeing the same make and model everywhere. You rarely noticed them before. Or you buy tickets to a show, then you see the posters everywhere. If you think this is just me being my normal odd self, Google ‘Baader-Meinhof phenomenon’, or ask your favourite AI tool. So what? Well, one way you can use this is to mention something in your emails. Not as a sales pitch, just in the normal body. As a joke, a story, whatever. Then, in the PS or the body, offer something related to the mention. A bit like this. I have a PDF that guides you, step-by-step, through building a custom project that will ask a few questions about your business and then help you create whatever you need to make it work better. You’re building a tool that has that selective attention on your business to find everything that helps you. Saves hours and hours of research.
