Unfortunately, I need to write one because I messed up. The link in the last two emails, https://link.ckv.to/disappear, didn’t work because I made a mistake. The link is to a Google doc and I hadn’t set the link to public. So, if you clicked it and couldn’t get to the page, that’s why. 100% my fault. Feel free to click the link now and go to the page as you should have the first time. The reason I detest emails with a subject line like “I fixed the link” or similar is that I think most of the time it’s a lie. It’s just a stunt to get you to click the link. With those emails, the link usually worked the whole time, that’s the giveaway. In my case, if you clicked it when I first sent it, it actually failed. The URL was always right, the doc’s permissions weren’t, and that’s fixed now. Regardless, that’s why I detest those type of emails. Regards, |
