I had that once. Well, that’s what my doctor called it. It’s not quite true though. I definitely had some of the symptoms, but not all. My problem was constant fatigue due to a lack of sleep. If I stopped moving, I fell asleep. That’s a bit of a hazard when driving any distance, which I did most days. To combat that during the day I drank copious amounts of coffee and caffeinated drinks. I discovered, accidentally, that washing a mouthful of instant coffee powder down with an energy drink kept me awake for hours. The heart rate was a bit excessive though. Not recommended. Then my wife got ill and I had to stop working to care for her. I think that saved my life. I was working 18+ hours daily, running a service business. Grinding is not a solution, but I didn’t know any better, then. I’ve since learned that working hard is not the path to success. Working smart is. AI makes working smart so much easier than it used to be. A good AI tool with good prompts can get 80% of your work done in minutes. You still have to edit and refine, but it’s so much easier to refine a draft than it is to start from scratch. The best tool to use is the one you’re comfortable with. I mostly use Claude because I’ve fine-tuned it to work with me. If you’d like to use the same system I used, click the link. https://link.ckv.to/prompt-guide Regards, |
