On your hard drive you have a bunch of products that you either got for free or paid for to solve a problem that a lot of other people also have.
Maybe in more than one niche.
I know I have, about a Gb of it at least.
Now I know how to make use of that.
Some of it is rubbish or no longer relevant.
I doubt I can make much use of the training for Squidoo, Google+, or MySpace, but some of the information in there will translate to Facebook, YouTube, etc. if I rework it a bit.
So how can you rummage through this stuff and make viable products?
First you have to blow the dust off and sort it into niches.
Then you can take everything in a single niche and upload it to NotebookLM.
This AI tool can slurp up 50 pieces of content at a time, sort through it and allow you to interrogate it for content.
You could ask what is relevant to todays Internet, what is covered in the content and what gaps there are that people might need covered.
From that you’ll get a great head start to products, courses, etc.
Use Canva for your book covers, graphics for your landing pages etc.

P.S. You can test some of your ideas easily for free here https://link.wm-tips.com/lltraining2 because there’s traffic here that consists of people looking to make money online.
Got to Canva and make a eye-catching pin for a template.
Add two text fields to your pin.
Now, if you don’t have a Pro account with Canva you’ll need to do this manually.
Copy the keyword and description to your pin, clone to a new pin and repeat.
If you have a Pro account you can use the Bulk create tool (inside the Apps menu), upload your csv file and link the keywords to one text window and the description to the other one, then click create.
Canva will make as many pins as you have rows in the csv.
Canva will also upload your pins to your Pinterest account.
Do these one at a time, not all in one step.
5 a day for a couple of weeks will bring you a lot of free traffic to whatever page you have linked.
Do a search for one or two videos in your niche that have huge views.
Copy them to your account.
That gets your traffic started fast.
Now, fire up this tool: Insight Analyser and start the search for the PAA keywords.
Get the top 5 keywords that have good search volume and low competition.
Got to this tool: Invideo and feed it the first keyword phrase and set it going with whatever other settings you like, but you need to make sure the short video is over 1 minute.
When it’s done, download it to your computer and upload it to your TikTok account.
Make sure you have an enticing description and a link to your web page. Make another 4 videos to upload.
This was using AI to code up something in a language that I didn’t understand.
It corrected errors and added functionality when asked.
I plan to use this as a lead magnet.
It fits the main criteria for an excellent lead magnet.
It’s unique and useful to the right people.
It’s something that those who would find it useful would happily pay for because it will do something for them almost instantly that would take hours manually.
Could you create a program like this?
Of course you could.
Reply to this email if you would like a step-by-step guide to creating unique lead magnets or saleable products easily.
Marketing is the process of either finding a product to fit a need or finding a need to fit a product.
No-one goes into their local pub and asks random people if the have a watch to sell, but people do go into pubs and ask random people if they’d like to buy a watch.
Well, that might not happen so much any more, but it wasn’t uncommon in the past.
There was a young man I knew who would walk up to strangers and ask if they had any nude photos of their wife.
When they answered, “No”, he’d ask, “Do you want some”?
Most people would laugh it off, some got angry.
Here’s a simple way to find people who might be interested in your product.
Paste the text into your AI tool and ask for 50 keywords that people who would be interested in this product would use to search for it.
Then you feed those keywords into your favourite keyword tool to find those that have decent search volume and low competition.
Start with the best one and feed it into this tool Insight Analyser to get what people are really searching for.
Now you’ll have a great list of topical and current keywords to target.
Make a two page website using this information that links to the product in question.
Getting the traffic is simply a matter of either making short videos, just over a minute long, for each of those keywords and linking them to your landing page, or asking your AI tool for a bunch of relevant bullets to make into pins.
You probably won’t get traffic instantly, in fact you may need to post videos or pins for weeks or months to gain traction, but once it starts it will only get better.
Probably the easiest is to use NotebookLM in conjunction with a Google search.
Grab the top ten results and ask NotebookLM to write an article that covers everything the top ten do and what they don’t cover for that keyword.
Feed that through Grammarly to tidy it up and check for plagiarism and you’re good to post.
The second easiest is to use Insight Analyser to find the relevant questions and build pages by answering those.
The built-in AI tools will write you a great page that will rank.
You may like to edit it before posting, but that’s optional.
If you want to go it alone you can always create your own prompts to use in ChatGPT, Claude, CoPilot, etc. and ask for the content to be humanised.
What is important here is that you might as well use the tools available to help your marketing rather than sticking with the way things have always been done.
Not too many people insist on walking everywhere these days, they much prefer some form of transport for speed and efficiency.
Talking about that, I’ve managed to ride my $100 bicycle over 10,000 km now.
Now that’s what I call a great ROI.
The next target is 10,000 miles, I’m just over 60% of the way.
