Start with an expired domain name and check the history. If the domain has ranked and has had a lot of pages you can recover that site. The next question now is what do those people, who visited that site and will again, they want. Why did they visit in the first place? Can you find a product or an offer that fits the niche the site is in? It’s so easy to rebuild a site when you know the URLs of all the pages it had before. AI will do that for you.
