I was tempted to not write this email, but the habit of writing nearly every day won out. Habits are powerful things and do rule our world unless we force ourselves into a different habit. The daily habits you cultivate will lead you to the things you want or don’t want. It’s inevitable, unless you change them. The problem is that most people don’t deliberately cultivate the right sort of habit. What they get is the gradual accumulation of habits that lead to bad outcomes for them. Developing the habit of smoking, or drinking alcohol, or recreational drugs, or all three will lead to significant health problems unless you break the habit. Developing the habit of buying your lunch and coffees on a regular basis will reduce the disposable income that you could be using for better things. Subscriptions you don’t use are bleeding you dry. It’s a habit to not check those things regularly. All of those negative habits are easily replaced with better habits. The ones that get you out of bed early enough to get in some exercise before you start your day. The ones that get you eating better. The ones that get you working on your business instead of watching the idiot box. Get greater insight with this book https://go.wm-tips.com/atomic. Regards, |
