Ahh, Christmas. Lazing in the shade with a cold beer enjoying another glorious day in paradise. The only snow in sight is on the Christmas cards on the mantlepiece. Yes, Christmas down under is very different to the Northern Hemisphere. It has always seemed weird that we still sing Jingle bells when there is no snow to dash through. Attempting to emulate that feat with a horse and sleigh would create a shower of sparks and possibly start a bushfire. We have Santas dressed in nice warm clothing when it’s 37C/100F in the shade. We still have the whole hot meal catastrophe, roasted meats, baked potatoes, creamed cauliflower, etc., for lunch. We also eat far too much and doze in a food coma for much of the afternoon. We have seven grandchildren at home this year, so I get to play Santa in a hot and itchy suit for the present distribution. With luck I won’t scare the smallest one too much, but I wouldn’t be surprised if she sees through the outfit. It’s going to be fun. Regards, P.S. How are your web efforts tracking? Many people struggle with writing a sales page that converts. It’s not as hard as some people make out. When you follow this proven formula, you’ll also have sales pages that convert without you having to spend big money on a copywriter (who possibly uses this same method).
