That was my day, how was yours? I did my usual 30 km morning bike ride, then helped my young brother with the final touches to moving into his new accomodation. The difference between us is stark and a clear indication of how life choices have consequences. He struggles to walk 100 metres and so spent most of the time I was packing things up sitting in a chair, exhausted. He has lived alone for most of the last 60 years, and has clearly not eaten well. That’s not the lifestyle I have. You know I’m married for the second time, quite happily thanks for asking, and I’m not planning a third. We eat a healthy diet without being extreme. We both exercise regularly, and we are both in pretty good condition. Everything you do has consequences. Not always immediately, but they always arrive. What did you do today that will lead to the consequences you want? I know I didn’t do much, but what I did do will have the consequences I want. Staying fit and healthy for as long as possible. It’s important that you have goals in all aspects of your life, not just financially. When you set them you also need to take the actions that will get you there. Simple steps daily are the key. Regards, P.S. This is how I work my goals, https://go.wm-tips.com/goals, this makes them much easier to reach. |
