We went to a concert tonight, it was pretty good, but I was struck at how hard these musicians worked for their pay. Look at their performance schedule on their website. Today they played two shows in the Adelaide Town Hall. But they had just completed a cruise booking that ended in Perth. They then did a semi-private gig for one of Australia’s big mining companies. They caught a flight to Adelaide at 4AM, arriving in time to play their first gig in the town hall. Each performance is high energy so I suspect they’ll be exhausted tonight. They said they were pretty excited to be in their home town, Adelaide, for 5 days. I don’t know what they earn but it’s barely enough when you’re constantly moving globally. That’s the life of the show business people. Compare that to Internet marketing. Almost anyone who want’s to can learn the skill required in a matter of weeks. That skill can earn you a steady income for life by putting an couple of gruelling hours a week. Even that learning time can be reduced to days when you use the steps in this https://link.clickervolt.com/psyops. No hours of travel. No being away from home most of the year. I’ll stick to singing in the shower and annoying the neighbours, and building tiny little businesses. Regards, |
