I pushed the car a bit to get there in time. And we did, but … The workers were on strike.No tours today. We will try again on Thursday. It’s a bit harder because we are now in Townsville, which is a two-hour drive to Tully for the tour. Still, workers are allowed to strike. Just not when we want to see them working. Tomorrow, we’re off to Magnetic Island for the day. Look that up to see what we’re doing. We’ll hire a car over there because it works out cheaper to do that than take our car. I plan to snorkel, cruise the island and eat seafood. This caravan park has a small flock of curlews resident. When it gets dark, they get noisy. Listen to the soundtrack here. . More fun tomorrow.
