Underneath it said, “Fatigue Kills.” I laughed. Talk about a waste of money. The sign is redundant. If you read the sign, your eyes were open. If your eyes were closed, you couldn’t read the sign. We’ve just arrived back home from Melbourne. Eight and a half hours driving. Today was a public holiday so there was very little traffic, mostly big trucks. There was on truck that was disturbing. The driver wasn’t paying a lot of attention to the speed limit. He came up so close to me in one restricted speed zone that I couldn’t see his number plate. We stopped at the lights with him in the right-hand lane where I needed to be for the roundabout. No problem, the Prius easily got in front and changed lanes. At the next set of lights he almost slammed into the Prius. It took about 60 km to get sufficient distance from him that I couldn’t see him chasing. Talk about old movies, Duel came to mind. Lucky there was no railway crossing to deal with. Regards, P.S. While in Melbourne I did quite a bit of work with this tool: https://go.wm-tips.com/insight. I think it’s possible to use this and NotebookLM to create those short reports that I keep getting emails about. I’ll see if I can put a short explainer video together for you tomorrow. |
