Sometimes the more you know the harder things seem to be because you know what can go wrong. If you haven’t experienced much online success it can seem like there’s some trick that no one has shared with you yet. If there is a secret hack it’s the Rule of Three. It’s not really a secret, but it is something that most people don’t know about. Not knowing is the main cause of Shiny Object Syndrome. Knowing this eliminates that SOS. Enough teasing. The rule of three in writing says that ideas grouped in threes have more impact. But this is not about writing per se. This is about how you get your business started or ramping it up. Most people, when they start online, do one thing. In fact most courses etc. will tell you to focus on one thing at a time. That’s one platform, one traffic source, one landing page, one niche, etc. Apparently that might work or might not. Hustling harder on something that doesn’t work will only frustrate you. The solution is to do sets of three. Three landing pages, three niches, three traffic sources, etc. Because we all know that not everything works testing three things at the same time speeds up your chance of success. You catch more fish with three lines in the water than one. When your testing it’s best to run with a minimal viable system. That means three landing pages, to three email sequences, for three products. They could all be in the same niche and on the same platform initially. Then you need to concentrate on driving traffic from three different sources to each of those landing pages. They could be the same three sources for each page. Whichever landing page performs best gets scaled up to find out how good it can be and the others are dropped. Now add another two landing pages for different products and push some traffic to those. You may well burn through a number of landing pages and traffic sources before you find a scaleable one, but it will happen fast and you’ll make money sooner. Regards, P.S.
