There are a lot of comments and blog posts about the evils of duplicate content. I searched, and Google returned with ‘About 583,000,000 results’. Most of those results were about how duplicate content was evil and you shouldn’t do it. That’s misleading at best and outright B.S. at worst. From my testing and Neil Patel’s testing, we have come to essentially the same conclusion. Duplicate content will only harm your site if you have multiple pages with the same content on the same site. Having the same content on multiple sites won’t hurt you. Having the same content, in different formats, on multiple sites will help you. There is no duplicate penalty, but there is little chance that a page with the same content on a different site will rank. By the same token spinning an article in the way I have suggested in previous emails will give you hundreds of quality articles on the same subject. The best spinning tool I have found is SpinRewriter, https://go.wm-tips.com/write, and I have been using this tool for years. It just keeps getting better and better. Regards, |
