Some things in life are predictable.
-
The lights come on when you flick the switch.
-
If you drop something it falls down.
-
The sun rises and sets every day.
-
Water flows downhill.
Other things are not predictable.
-
The cost of your next grocery bill.
-
What time the tradie will arrive.
-
The mood your spouse will be in.
-
Whether you’ll get a Christmas bonus.
People are unpredictable.
That’s why I prefer to look at data.
Data doesn’t care about opinions.
The data collected over 20+ years online shows some very clear patterns.
-
Links bring visitors.
-
Google ranks pages, not sites.
-
Pages often rank for keywords that aren’t even on the page.
-
More pages create more opportunities for traffic.
-
Content is written for people, not search engines.
And small assets add up.
One page might bring a trickle.
But hundreds of pages bring a stream.
That’s why I build many small assets instead of one big site.
The data keeps saying the same thing.
More pages → more chances → more traffic.

Brent.
P.S. Most of the visitors here https://go.wm-tips.com/llhome, are humans.
The tiny assets I build here do get visitors every day.
