I’m recovering from a cold, no, not man-flu, I don’t get those.

Not Covid, I tested several times to make sure.

Neither my wife nor I have caught Covid and do not expect to because we take simple precautions.

No preaching from me on your health routine.

Anyway, my Father’s Day was very quiet.

No visitors because I didn’t want to share my bugs.

Nothing about marketing at all, but all about how you can become the person you want to be.

This is an area that I have been involved with, studying, and working on myself with for most of my adult life.

I needed all the help I could get because I was a painfully shy and retiring kid.

I had no self-confidence and definitely preferred my own company to being with others, including my family.

No one who knew me in school would recognise me today because I have managed to transform myself into a confident person who can begin a conversation and talk to anyone with ease.
