I just counted.

I have four web browsers open.

Each has between two and four windows open and somewhere between two and thirty tabs in each window.

On top of that, I have nine different programs running, including the one I’m using to write this email.

That one happens to be Grammarly.

Grammarly has 96 pages in it which I think load each time it opens, that may not be true, it may only load an image of the page.

Unsurprisingly, only 1/4 of the memory is available for anything to run in.

The poor thing is struggling.

And yet it still keeps going.

It allows me to open more programs as I require them and even build videos and render them.

But I think it’s collapsing on me because the screen colours change randomly, and the fan runs regularly.

Hopefully, it doesn’t die before I have a replacement in hand.

What’s your computer like?
