I don’t know if the average I.Q. of the planet is dropping rapidly or if it was always somewhere around 100. What I see on Social media platforms suggests that either the average I.Q. is falling fast or that more stupid people are using the platforms. But it’s not limited to social media. I opened an N95 mask package today and read the instructions. I know, you don’t need instructions to put a mask on. We’ve all seen enough people wearing masks over the last two+ years to have an idea of how they fit. I found several of the instructions amusing but put that down to Chinglish. However, in the warnings section, it became quite disturbing. I suspect the warnings are there because someone has tried to use the mask in the manner warned against. Apparently, the mask is not suitable for respiratory protection against gases and vapours. That makes sense, as it’s not a respirator. It’s unsuitable for anoxic environments, underwater operation, escape and breathing protection equipment. Who would have thought that it wouldn’t be any good where there is no or limited Oxygen? The final statement; This protective mask does not produce Oxygen. Who would be dumb enough to think a paper mask would work well underwater or in a fire? Being smart is no protection against scams. It may make it easier for a scammer to fleece you as you’re more likely to think you can spot a con. The available evidence doesn’t support that idea. Being smart also doesn’t mean you’re going to be any wealthier than the average or even below-average people. The phrase “too smart for his own good” is valid. Often being intelligent means that you can see all the pitfalls before you start a project, and that can prevent you from getting started. No one can solve a problem until it occurs, meaning you need to get started on your project because some of the issues you see may not happen. Regards, P.S. You don’t need to be super smart to take advantage of this bundle. Many of those who make a great living with one or more of these methods are not. All you need to do is to be able to follow instructions and then keep following the steps. As long as you are not impatient, these methods will work. If you are impatient, nothing will work. |
