Let’s take this email as a starting place. Keep in mind that I have written over 1400 emails to date. Many of them have been about creating content in one format or another. I know that many of you are also writing regular emails, so this applies to what you’re doing too. This email can become a blog post; in fact, it will be because I set up an automated system to do that some time back. It will also become content on Substack. OK, that’s all too simple, isn’t it? The next step is to edit it slightly and make a video to post on TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and perhaps Pinterest. Write a post for X (or a tweet if you’re still thinking that way) that points to the blog post or Substack. Bundle a number of the training emails together for a saleable PDF, and put one of those emails into a PDF for a document-sharing site. Are you getting the idea? Use the same content over and over again. Take one of the training emails and expand it into a course, or a product for sale. You do not have to create one product for sale and a different one for your emails or blog posts. They can do double duty. Use an email as a PDF lead magnet to get people to subscribe so they get more of that content. Write once, use many times. By multiplying your work this way you will become far more productive without expending much more time or effort. Let me know if this makes sense to you. Regards, P.S.
