True story. Yesterday, we were treated to a presentation by a marine biologist. She told us that during the Covid years, the big fish in the Cairns Aquarium began behaving as though they were depressed. The staff were puzzled until they noticed that the fish were paying a lot more attention to them as they moved around than usual. The fish were missing their visitors. To correct this, the staff began having their coffee breaks and meal breaks where the fish could see them. It worked. It didn’t seem to affect the little fish, just the big ones. Next time you visit an aquarium, remember that while you are watching the fish, they are also watching you. We went to the aquarium today and let the fish watch us for a while. I wonder if the animals in the zoo had a similar experience. Have you heard of any stories like this? Let me know. Regards, P.S. I need to give you a little warning about this https://go.wm-tips.com/sheets because I found it had made a mistake. The last cheat sheet I made had an error that was easily corrected, but errors are errors. Like most of the content from any AI tool, there will be errors, so you always have to cross-check everything. No big deal, it’s the same with any written work. Proofreading is an essential task. Don’t neglect it. |
