By that, I mean a tool that tells you what you need to do today to keep progressing towards your goals.

I’ve written and used several of these over the years for personal and corporate purposes, and they can be superb.

The catch for most of them is that you have to open them daily to get the help.

I built one for work once which was brilliant.

It followed the work sequence we had to follow and simplified the action and reporting steps.

My boss asked me for a report on where my work progress was when I went on leave.

I printed the report out in minutes for him.

Despite proving how much more efficient the tool made me, I could not convince management to implement it for the rest of the group.

I no longer have that tool, but I’m writing another one specifically for Internet Marketing.

It won’t be a project management tool. 

It’ll be a tasks management tool.

How long will it take me?

I don’t know yet, but I’m expecting to have a basic beta version running in a week or so.
