Every complex system works this way. The trick is finding the rules underneath. That’s not always easy. But once you see them… everything gets simpler. Take an ant nest. Thousands of ants. But it isn’t. Each ant follows simple rules:
Other ants follow the trail. Over time… order appears. The shortest path emerges. Structure forms. No single ant understands the system, but the system still works. Simple rules → complex outcomes. The internet is no different. It looks complicated. Algorithms. But underneath? Simple rules. Don’t listen to what people say. Watch what they do. That’s the rule. Surveys don’t tell you much. Activity does. That’s why I talk about building multiple assets. You’re not guessing. You’re observing. You put things out. Slow? Maybe. But slow is smooth. Because you’re not wasting time So if you’re not sure what to do next, use this rule: Watch what happens. Do more of what works. Regards, P.S. People say “email is dead”… Usually in an email. Notice something: Every social platform still wants your email address. And they use it constantly. That’s because email is simple. And simple systems last. If you want to build something stable: |
