Many people think they have to master everything before they can begin selling online. This is wrong think and will keep them poor. The myth is perpetuated by the education system. You go to college or university to learn skills. Then you go looking for employment to use those skills. That’s what people believe is the correct way to go. It’s not. Consider the apprenticeship system. You start working in an industry. You are taught the basics on the job site or the workshop. Then you go to apprentice school to learn best practices. You go back to the job to practise those new skills. This process is repeated for 3 – 5 years depending on the industry. But, all apprentices earn income based on their growing skills. That is how we should all be approaching marketing. Learn a new skill, put it into action by doing and selling the output. You don’t earn by knowing things, you earn it by being useful, by solving problems. Learn a new skill, put it into the market. It won’t take you 3 – 5 years to become a master because you’ll have the best mentor in the business. AI. You don’t have to take time off your work to learn a new skill, you only have to ask, then use the knowledge to lock it in. Regards, P.S. That’s what I did to create this book, https://burt.gumroad.com/l/zero-risk. An idea arrived, it was tested and found to be viable, the book is the result. Gumroad is a good place to test an idea for sale. You’ll have to find a viable traffic source at first. There are plenty of those for cheap or less. |
