Have you ever heard or read that when you search for a keyword in Google there must be ads for it to be a good keyword? What if I told you that’s BS advice? I’ve talked about this before, but I’ll say it again. In every large group of people there are people who will click on your ads and buy stuff. There are some who will subscribe to your email list. When there are sufficiently large volumes of people that other marketers are not targeting that’s a goldmine for smart people like you. Because it’s so much easier to get high rankings for those unloved keywords. You can write a useful blog post, get about 20 backlinks, and you’ll be #1 in the search results. No, one blog post won’t do it, but 20 might. You could do it with a single post if you buy the traffic from Google. That would be called traffic arbitrage. Turning $0.50 clicks into $12 clicks. When the keywords are unloved SEO is easy so buying visitors isn’t the best option really. Finding these keywords does take a little work and a useful keyword tool is keywords everywhere. Regards, |
