“Creativity is over-rated. Most business success comes from doing boring, diligent work. From developing a system that produces consistent results and sticking to it.” ~ McDonald’s CEO Ray Kroc: Developing, I might add, or swiping… So how do you work with this concept? There are many ways, but here are two that you can think about. Do a search in YouTube for the most popular videos. Identify the main theme or niche of those videos. That’s your starting point. Grab the transcripts of 3-7 of those videos and feed them into NotebookLM. You’ll get a summary and you can ask questions until you’ve nailed down something they’ve not covered. That’s step two. Now you have something to work with. You’re in a in-demand niche. You know what’s missing from the currently available content. You can create a video, a product, a course, etc. that covers what’s missing. Don’t like that? Try this then. Got you Amazon and find the best-selling book in your niche. Read the comments to identify what people didn’t like about that book. There’s your next book or other content. You’re not being creative, you’re only identifying what’s frustrating people. Frustrated people buy solutions. These are also called Pain Points. This will help you determine what they are for any niche and how to find solutions for them. Regards, |
