Do less and make more. The only information you need is what’s required for the next step. Anything else is surplus to your needs and wasting your time. Once you have that first step nailed, then you gather the information for the next step. Don’t try to solve problems you don’t have…yet. Don’t buy tools that you can’t use immediately. People who are not natural achievers make the same mistake. They over-learn, over-prepare, and over-plan. When you delay starting until all your questions are answered, you’ll never get started. There will always be more questions. You are being betrayed by your brain. It doesn’t mean to. It’s only trying to protect you from making mistakes by collecting as much information as possible. Unfortunately, there is an unlimited quantity of information available, and you’ll never get to the end of it. You can overcome this by writing down what you want to do. Write the minimum number of steps to get there. Start executing that plan. Only research answers to questions as they arise, and only if the questions stop you from moving forward. Try the answers you find until you find one that works, then move on. You only need one answer to a problem and only for problems you have. If you can’t solve the problem in an hour, ask for help. If you’re waiting for a solution to a problem, move on to the next step. Constant progress will get you where you want to go faster than collecting tools, methods, and information you’ll never use. Regards, P.S. There are thousands of people making money online, but there are tens of thousands who want to. Those tens of thousands are mostly information collectors. A small percentage will finally come to their senses, stop collecting and start doing. When they do that, they’ll begin making money and discover that it’s much easier than they thought. This is the easiest way to get started. |
