It’s what you do about them that counts. While everyone can play to their strengths, they all still need to address their weaknesses. The first thing you need to do is identify your strengths and weaknesses. Once done, you can determine a plan to improve your weaknesses or outsource those. Outsourcing is a good way to bypass your weaknesses so you can take advantage of your strengths. I’m pretty good at the technical side of marketing but not so good at the conversion side. I need to outsource that part of the marketing, which I do. The minimal cost far outweighs the time and effort I’d put in to get a result worse than the one the outsourcer delivers.
