There are only nine ways to maximise online revenue: selling listings, impressions, clicks, leads, books and products, periodicals, memberships, and events.
Now I don’t know exactly what you’re marketing, but I can tell you how to do it better.

Japanese manufacturing has been using this idea for decades, they call it Kaizen .
The power of this is mind-blowing.
You may never have heard of Dave Brailsford.
Even in the UK, he’s not exactly a household name.
Yet in 2010, as the newly appointed General Manager and Performance Director for Team Sky (Great Britain’s professional cycling team), he came up with a remarkable strategy that was to change the fortunes of British competitive cycling from miserable mediocrity forever.
They hadn’t won a single race since 1908 apart from one Olympic gold medal.
And no Briton had ever won the Tour de France.
Instead of the usual “train harder” or “get better bikes” philosophy, Brailsford decided to see if every single element of the cyclists and their bikes could be improved by 1% .
Just ONE per cent.
The astounding attention to detail even included discovering which pillow gave the riders the best sleep – and taking it with them to hotels.
They tested the most effective massage gel.
They taught the cyclists a better way to wash their hands so they didn’t get infections.
In 2012, Sir Bradley Wiggins won the Tour de France … the first of FIVE wins for Britons. (Not to mention 178 other world championships and 66 Olympic and Paralympic golds that followed over the next five years!)

Little incremental improvements that make ALL the difference .
What can you improve in your marketing by 1%?
The sales page?
Sure.
The product?
Definitely.
The squeeze page?
Almost certainly.

How?
By testing every part of everything and trying to make it look better, read more smoothly, and sound better.
1% improvement is easy.
1% per week is also easy, but 1% per day might be a little harder.
When you compound that 1% it becomes exponential growth .

The problem with regular hearing aids is that they still use the structure in the ear to pass the sound into the brain.
Bone Conducting Headphones do not.
They bypass the inner ear and feed the vibrations directly into the Cochlear.
They work in a similar way to the Cochlear Implants that some profoundly deaf people have.
However, BCHs are far less obtrusive and much cheaper .
It’s possible to get Bluetooth transmitters that plug into your TV, PC, or other entertainment equipment and wirelessly connect to a set of BCHs.
I have found a lapel microphone that can plug into one of those transmitters which should mean that a deaf person could clip that on, connect to their BCHs and carry on a normal conversation with anyone.
I haven’t tested this complete setup yet.
My set of headphones is on its way, and I haven’t bought the rest of the equipment yet, but if this works as I suspect, then it’s possible to get almost normal hearing assistance for around $50, which beats the crap out of the thousands currently being asked for cheap hearing aids.
The expensive ones are $10k+ and Cochlear Implants are more expensive.
There’s a business out there for you that can be set up for almost nothing and that can potentially earn you millions.

Most comedians only have three different shows they can do.
They might mix and match parts of each show to make it appear they have more material than they do.
This is important for you to know because it’s exactly the same with marketing .
You write a sales letter and split-test it with a completely different letter to discover what works best .
You then split-test the winning letter a bit to make it work better.
After around 100 tweaks, you have a sales letter that’s working as well as you can expect.
You then start on the upsells until they’re as good as you can get them.
Next come the follow-up emails.
Once the whole funnel works, you can pump up the traffic until you cannot find any more traffic that converts.
Start your next funnel.
You will need more than one income stream because there is a good chance that one of them will stop working.
Once you have done this, you know that the income streams are nothing to laugh at.

When you delay starting until all your questions are answered, you’ll never get started.

It’s only trying to protect you from making mistakes by collecting as much information as possible.

Write the minimum number of steps to get there.
Start executing that plan.
Only research answers to questions as they arise, and only if the questions stop you from moving forward.
Try the answers you find until you find one that works, then move on.
You only need one answer to a problem and only for problems you have.
If you can’t solve the problem in an hour, ask for help .
If you’re waiting for a solution to a problem, move on to the next step.
Constant progress will get you where you want to go faster than collecting tools, methods, and information you’ll never use.

All content on this site needs to be good to excellent quality .
You should write it yourself, and you’ll need approximately 20+ pages , all nicely interlinked from inside the body of any text.
It’s the flagship and should look like it.
The second tier is a collection of your blogs and public blogging sites such as Blogger, TypePad, Medium, etc.
They only link to your main site , never to each other.
The content here needs to be of reasonable length and reasonable to good quality.
You could use A.I. to write this content.
The third tier is all public platforms.
You can use Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
The content here is snippets .
You can link short posts on a single point to your second-tier posts ‘for more information’.
Grab a paragraph from the second-tier post for these.
That’s it.
Building your network like this will increase the traffic to your main site and may improve the page ranking in the SERPs.

I’m not there yet, but I’ll be there in about eight weeks. Since I started riding in 2021, I have ridden a total of 9,180 km. I found that statistic in my Strava account recently and was amazed at the distance covered. I didn’t set a goal to ride 10,000 km.

I haven’t missed too many weeks in the last two years.
I have ridden in the rain, on windy days, on hot days and cold days.
I’ve worn out tyres and had flat tyres, but I persisted in the activity .
