Everybody has heard about the Pareto Principal, but almost nobody uses it correctly .
80% of your results, in any endeavour, are produced by just 20% of your efforts.
Seems pretty clear doesn’t it?
But here’s the thing.
Drill down.
64% of your results come from 4% of your effort.
50% of your results come from 1% of your effort .
So, if you have a list of 20 things you think you need to do to make your online efforts successful. and you reduce that to just one thing, you’ll still get 50% of the results you are looking for.
Just make sure that is the most useful thing to be doing.
Most people would think that would be building an email list.
I’m suggesting that there is one thing more important that that.
Generating traffic to that landing page to build your list.
When you know how to generate traffic on demand everything else becomes so much easier.
What can you do with a constant stream of traffic?
The glib answer is anything you like, which is true, but for a few suggestions try these:-
Sell it.
Direct it to any landing page you like.
Direct it to Amazon and make little commissions, or Temu for bigger commissions.
Direct it to your blog.
Direct it to a CPA offer.
Direct it to a rotator and test multiple offers at the same time.
The question now is How do I get this traffic?
Ask this GPT , it’ll guide you.

What product should I launch next? How do I promote it? What’s the fastest way to get subscribers or sales?
That’s exactly why I created Idea Generation Pro GPT .
This GPT is built to take vague goals and turn them into concrete strategies.
In fact, the entire promotion plan I’m running right now, to get 100 new subscribers in 30 days, came directly from Idea Generation Pro.
Inside, it doesn’t just spit out random tips.
It guides you through proven frameworks:
And here’s the best part: Idea Generation Pro is just one of several GPTs in my Substack members area.
You’ll also get access to:
Clickless Funnel Coach → build sales funnels and email sequences in minutes
Rapid PLR Profit Pro → transform generic PLR into polished, money-ready products
Plus new GPTs as I release them

Everybody has ideas all day every day.
Most of those ideas ares still-born because most people poo-poo their own ideas almost instantly.
When you don’t automatically discount what you think up, and write them down or record them another way, you won’t forget them instantly.
You may not know how to turn that new idea into a product, an email, a post somewhere, yet, but give it some gestational time and you will.
That’s not always true, some ideas will always be discounted, some should be, but others only work when you combine one with another.
Remember my recent email about asking stupid questions?
That email shows you how to maximise the benefit of your ideas by asking the right type of question.
Sometimes, even with the right type of question, the time isn’t right for that idea.
Stick it on the back-burner and let it simmer.
Never discount an idea because someone else has already done it .
They are not you, and you will create something unique because of who you are.
After all, how many different modes of transport are there?
It’s the same idea .
Get one or more people from one place to another faster than walking.
But each different company has a different take on how best to do that.
In 12 months there will be even more modes of transport available.
No one is giving up because there are already more than enough available now.
The key is to store your ideas, then ask better questions until you create something unique.

Are not the one’s of your family.
Well, they do, but not about your Internet Marketing activities, unless they are also involved in them.
The opinions that do matter are your subscribers , customers , and the visitors to any of your landing pages.
Despite that, you shouldn’t take any of their opinions to heart.
Not every visitor will like your pages, offer, or products.
Not every subscriber will like your emails, some will just ignore you, others will unsubscribe.
And that’s OK.
You cannot please everyone, nor should you try .
The most important person who’s opinion matters is you .
And to be honest, you know when you’ve half-arsed the product, landing page, or emails.
When you know that, why would you think other people would be impressed with that less than stellar work?
So, in order of importance, the people you need to garner a good opinion from are:- 1 You.
2 Your email subscribers.
3 Your customers.
4 Your visitors.
The great thing about this is when you get a good opinion from you, you’ll also get one from the others.
That seems all too easy doesn’t it?
Regards, Brent.
P.S. Even when it comes to promoting something, it’s important that you’re not promoting it just because you’ll get a commission .
No, the only products you should promote are those that you think your subscribers would be interested in.
Something that you believe will help them .
I sometimes promote things that I can’t get a commission on because those things will be of benefit to you.
That’s what this is, https://www.amazon.com/Wink-Modern-Parable-Wealth-Dynamics-ebook/dp/B004VBH2L4?crid=1ZMYY7TDHHKMH&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.gk3PB5kKVVN-XfSjJ6It7xQgM-OJAYMIit7O9gYaj-34DTvBr-BPQgSPTfqse8f4w_Vj21w-QFkpzhDGsZoABGmhcRhRm65Sg_SdCxgkt4CqQPbVosnnHFE5SDZV8fghTMHzEtZY-CVlzFQR5AYOMjLjpDzfvPcAheW8Ldm7tcGxPE5Ko_cxTdX6P60FyNm5iG-vDD0iNH0Z04fvR3J8YnEOhgVMV98tRdcAurJOdAzG4JxwOCoxPwao3YfW_dUgrIaSdPjIQMAjGAcCyjcJvA8bwJxU3svnLVv3AyaH7mw.xkcZwZzanBRmb-_lIXf2o_IrcaL5Wg6sD_49_gvs2qU&dib_tag=se&&&sprefix=wink,aps,473&sr=8-17&&&&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl , I might get a commission if you buy this through my link above, but the commissions on Amazon are so small that it really won’t make much difference to my lifestyle.

The Internet gives us more information than we could ever need, but information isn’t knowledge .
Information is potential knowledge.
Until you put that information to the test you won’t know anything.
It may seem that you do, you might even sound as if you do, but you don’t.
Not really.
However, when you can say, “I did this thing, and this is the result I got.” then you have some knowledge.
Good or bad, it doesn’t matter because you now know either how to do something or how not to do something.
As a marketer you now have a personal story to tell that is authentic .
Not only that but it is unique because no one else can say they got exactly the same result.
That’s yours and yours alone.
That makes your experience and product stand out.
That’s what people buy.
Not the product, but what can happen when they use it.
That’s what they want.
The end result of using the product, not the product itself.
But what happens when you don’t have that experience?
That’s where case studies come in.
You can point to a valid case study and the story still holds up.
It’s not your experience, but it’s still a valid end user experience and result.

Almost every chapter in this book is another case study that teaches an important success concept .
Quite apart from the learning you’ll gain from the narrative, it’s a good, quick, and easy read.

Most marketers do not split test their work.

Most marketers do not split test their work.
The publish a sales page and run traffic to it.
They accept whatever results they get.
This is OK if they’re getting reasonable conversions, but what about when they don’t?
Most marketers then abandon that market and try something else.
This is especially prevalent with newbies and those who are struggling to make a buck.
Abandoning products and markets that often are doing really well for some instead of testing is rife.
That will keep those who don’t test fluffing around the edges of marketing without making any decent income for years.
They end up with a hard drive full of PLR, products they’ve made, websites all over the place, a trickle of income, and a constant need to buy anything that looks like it might be the answer.
Tracking and testing are boring and frustrating.
Especially when your split tests have the same result – nothing.
You don’t know if it’s your landing or sales page that’s the problem or the traffic that’s the problem.
That’s where this turns things around.
You’ll be able to find gaps in the market for any product that no one else is targeting.
You’ll be able to turn your marketing around with affiliate products, PLR, or your own.
Everything you need to know and all the help you need is at your finger tips ready to turn intermittent income into steady streams.

You don’t know, what you don’t know.
When your income is $100k per year and you want to earn $1m per year, that $900k difference is the ignorance debt .
We rely on money for our entire lives and we’re never taught how to manage it, how to get more of it, how best to use it because most of the people around you don’t know either .
Like so many things online, there is a wealth of great information and a great cesspool of rubbish.
The challenge is to sort it out.
A quick story.
I was working on a photocopier in a primary school when one of the teachers came in to chat with the aids.
He was asked if he had retirement plans.
At 65 his answer was “Not for at least another 5 years, we have to clear our credit cards first .”
$65,000 in credit card debt, no savings, and still renting.
I was horrified.
He and his wife were in serious financial difficulty, declaring bankruptcy wasn’t going to help them because they effectively had nothing to show for 40 years of working.
When you quit paid employment you must be debt free, own your castle, and have at least some form of finances backing you up, or a much larger income than your job pays.
If you don’t have that you will need to figure out how to bring in some money to cover everything.
Your costs will be going up, your income has to rise to match or exceed it.
To increase your income you will have to do something.
This will help.

That’s the AI mantra at the moment.
It appears that many of the AI tools are producing poorer results, after their upgrades, than they did before.
Part of the problem is that the AI tools are bleeding cash, so they developers are winding back the demand to save money.
Another part of the problem is that the tools are using the users inputs and results as training materials.
That’s like building your school curriculum from the 1st graders questions.
That’s not likely to improve the output.
But, there lies an opportunity .
For those who have better prompts and learn how to ask better questions the output can be excellent.
It’s not hard to get better results either.
All you need to do is ask the AI tools to help you .
Try this:- “You are an expert prompt engineer and can turn simple prompts into excellent ones. If you don’t understand something you ask relevant questions until you understand the requirements. Once you have the answers you need you write the prompt and immediately execute it. Work your magic on this prompt please.” Let me know how you got on with that.
Regards,
Brent.

“The car just stopped”.
“I’m stuck on the expressway, and traffic is rushing past”.
As good parents, we rushed to his aid.
Our youngest had his 2-year-old screaming in the car.
He was panicked and she was picking up the vibe.
At this part of the expressway the speed limit is 80kph, and they all stick to that… sure they do.
It’s two lanes of off ramp and he was stuck partially blocking one lane because there wasn’t enough room to get further off the road.
We pulled up behind him with the hazards flashing, but some drivers are morons and barely slow down or change lanes fully.
Some drivers, who were trying to change lanes, were blocked by morons.
Some seem to think that slowing down to allow someone to change lanes would impact their arrival time and delay their first beer by too many seconds.
The roadside assist arrived rapidly because of the dangerous position we were in.
