Some people think they cannot make a success of Internet Marketing until they’ve been doing it for a while.
They think they have to ‘ pay their dues ‘ before they can taste the succesas they crave.
That’s BS .
Many people fiddle faddle about for years before they take things seriously and start to make money.
Others hit the ground running and start making money in their first week.
This is something I’ve always been puzzled by.
What’s the difference?
It’s not the products, the niche, how much money they start with, what sex they are, what nationality, beliefs or age.
I think it comes down to two things.
What value they give their audience, and what they think their worth is.
If you’re just pushing products for the sale rather than what it can do for your audience they won’t buy.
If you don’t think you deserve to make a living online then you won’t.
However, if you push the idea of making a living online out of your head and work on providing excellent value to your audience you just might surprise yourself.
Lead magnets need to be as good as any product you want to sell, and they need to be the best you can produce.
Even when you’re using PLR you need to stamp it with your personality and make it better than the way it started.
Value does not mean putting a higher price on it, it means making it a better product so the perceived price is higher.
Using PLR is an excellent way to get started on a product, but you must rejig it somehow.
Using as it comes is the #1 error most PLR buyers make, but it is possible to take even ordinary PLR and rework it into something that prople will snap up.
This is how:- https://go.wm-tips.com/tweaks .

No doubt you’ve seen many predictions for 2025.
I thought I’d throw a few out there for you to ponder.
Inflation will continue.
Interest rates won’t come down much if at all.
The cost of living will continue to rise.
AI will continue to grow.
Email will still be the best way to communicate with people.
More people will realise that renewable energy is a pipe dream.
They will also realise that the extreme claims of the climate change true believers are false.
90%+ of all Internet marketers will make no money.
The people who do make money will be doing things with AI tools every day.
Online competition will reduce because most of what seems to be competition isn’t.
Google search will become less relevant.
The people who use this tool, https://go.wm-tips.com/insight , will make more money.
I could write more but those will do for now.
What do you think?
Do you agree or not?
Reply to let me know.
Regards, Brent.
A person with AI skills just might though.

A person with AI skills just might though.
There’s a lot of chatter about AI at the moment, and it will only get louder through the year, but most of it BS .
90% of the talking heads have no clue about what AI can or cannot do.
They have no idea of the potential of AI either.
Keep solidly in mind that AI is not a person and never will be.
AI is a computer program that searches and collates information faster than you can.
It does not think.
No, none of the AI tools think, they’re computers running programs.
Quite a lot of the output from the AI tools does appear to be out of left field and intuitive, but any Human with the same information could come up with the same ideas.
In reality, many Humans come up with far more intuitive ideas because they drag information from non-related sources which an AI tool is unlikely to do.
That does not mean that you should avoid using any of the AI tools.
On the contrary, you should use them as the tools they are.
All smart marketers will be using AI to help them get more done faster, but they will mostly not replace their brain with an AI brain.
That’s what the lazy marketers will do, and they’ll wonder why it doesn’t work as well for them.
Remember what I wrote at the start of this email.
People with AI skills will take the jobs, not AI itself.
That’s where you need to be, the person with the AI skills.
This will help:- https://go.wm-tips.com/insight .

It’s not too soon to ask that question.
͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏
It’s not too soon to ask that question.
I can’t answer that one for you, but I can for me.
If you started your internal reply with “I hope…” it probably won’t happen.
The answer needs to start with “I will…” to have any chance of you getting there.
You do not have to tell me where you’ll be because that’s up to you .
Once you do know where you’ll be in 2026 the next step is to break that down to a daily or weekly activity goal .
You must know what you have to do today and tomorrow to get there.
Then, you must actually do those activities .
The best way to make that happen is to mark big red crosses on a big paper calendar every day you do the activity.
There’s nothing nicer than seeing an unbroken line of crosses for months knowing full well that each cross takes you closer to where you’re going to be.
Here’s a little trick I picked up a few years ago that helps make sure you get things done.
Start.
It might be a book, a blog post, a video script, an email, etc.
Starting whatever it is and then leaving it because you don’t have enough time to complete it right now is a great motivator.
This causes cognitive dissonance which brings you back to complete it as soon as possible.
But saying to yourself that you don’t have time to finish it so you don’t start is a sure way to make sure you don’t get it done.
Almost none of us have hours of uninterrupted time to get those things done so utilising this trick helps keep you focused and on track .
In that case, why don’t you sign up here now?.
You can always come back to download the PDFs and get started reading them later.

No, not you, but this has been done.
A man named David did hitch-hike around Europe in his wheelchair ,
He’d sit in his chair on the side of the road with his thumb out.
Drivers were so amazed that they’d stop to give him a lift.
Put the wheelchair in the boot, help him into the front seat and away they’d go.
He found getting a ride easier than an able-bodied person.
He could have made an excuse like, “I’m disabled, I can’t tour Europe”, but he didn’t.
This is what excuses are like.
They stop you doing things you could do.
I have always believed that anything Human could do, any other Human could do.
Maybe not as well, but they could do it at some level.
Your excuses are holding you back .
They’re limiting your belief in yourself, and they are not true .
I understand that some people have physical limitations which are real and not excuses, but I’m not talking about those.
I’m talking about those mental excuses that limit what you can do.
By the way, I’m talking to myself here as well, not just you gentle reader.
I also have limiting beliefs that I call excuses.
I also need to let them go and step up to do more.
Want to join me and step past your false boundaries?

Pretty much every second email was one of those over the last few days.
Unfortunately, a significant number of those were also trying to sell me something “that will make 2025 your best year ever”.
That approach makes the subject line click-bait .
Grrr.
A click-bait subject line will also cause unsubscribes .
Well, they do with me at least.
Anyway, they’ve ended for another year.
I suppose the next flurry will be the Happy Valentines Day sales emails.
They don’t seem to have the same density as the Happy New Year ones.
This does seem to be a trend though, the emails based around a trending topic.
Creating content around a trending topic does work for blog posts, video, podcasts, etc., but I really don’t think it works for email subject lines.
The problem with targeting trends is that often they only last a few days and then no-one is searching for that trend.
You’re better served by targeting evergreen niches and micro-niches.
There’s plenty of them despite so many people focussing on a small handful.

That means I can offer them as a bonus, but I can’t sell them.
None of the links work because the domain they are linked through doesn’t exist anymore.
However, I have decided that I should honour the wishes of the author and not charge for the PDFs.
To that end they are included in the membership area but not the paid membership section.
You can download both he PDFs by subscribing to the Substack page as a free member.
Do that here:-
I suggest that if you do want to get as much free traffic as possible to your website then downloading and reading both these books will be an excellent use of your time.
The Internet only works on links.
These books lay out exactly how to get links and visitors for free.
Some of the sites mentioned don’t exist anymore but there are plenty of substitutes for you to use.
It’s the principles that are the most important here, and they remain the same as they were when the books were written.
Remember that some of the methods used were abused by lazy marketers and Google stomped on them at the time.
By making sure that any page you create has useful content for people you will not get a Google stomping.
The big secret seems to be making all pages and mini sites able to stand alone as legitimate pages even though they have links to your main site.
They must have a purpose beyond passing visitors to another website.
Have a read of those books and tell me what you think.

Most affiliate programs work on the last cookie data .
This means that when you send a visitor to a product page via an affiliate link you’ll get the commission as long as yours was the last cookie set.
However, if some other affiliate manages to get their link clicked between yours and the sale they’ll get the commission.
Because theirs was the last cookie set.
Is that fair?
Not always.
If your almost customer has one of the coupon plugins installed in their web browser you could lose the sale to them.
If you’ve sent them to an Amazon product and there is a review video on that page you may lose the sale there.
Can you prevent that?
Not really, but you might be able to reduce the risk.
If you’re offering a bonus for using your link it helps.
If you can find any coupons for the product so they don’t feel the need to check with the plugin you can save the commission.
About the only other thing you can do is get the customer to click your links more often.
These are some of the reasons that many people find affiliate marketing hard.
That is also why some people, fortunately a minority, resort to shady tactics to make money with affiliate marketing.
When you operate a blog your best option for monetising it is to test different affiliate programs, other types of monetisation etc.
Sticking with one product or one method will only work if you get lucky.
As with everything online, testing is the key .
This has a great affiliate program built in for you to use and recruit affiliate with.
Take a good look https://go.wm-tips.com/systeme .

While some domain authority does appear to have an effect on page ranking, the content and links to a page are more important.
͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏
While some domain authority does appear to have an effect on page ranking, the content and links to a page are more important.
As far as I can see the main benefit from having good domain authority is getting a new page indexed faster.
Pages get indexed fast when the Googlebot finds them fast.
When the Googlebot is on your site multiple times a day your new pages will get indexed rapidly.
You can use this to your advantage.
The Googlebot looks for changes to already indexed pages and links to new pages.
You can edit existing pages , slightly, and link to a new site which could be on a sub-domain or a new domain.
Not all sub-domains need to be in the same niche as the main domain because Google sees them as independent sites .
There are many platforms that have sub-domains that are completely independent sites.
WordPress.com has millions of subdomains, Blogger has millions of sub-domains, Google sites has millions of sub-domains, etc.
There are many more, which means that you can have multiple sites on any or all of those platforms.
You can also have multiple sub-domain sites on your own domains for the same reasons.
The other advantage of sub-domains is that you can often get your keywords into the URL , which gives you a small boost in your ranking.
This is how you build a Mini-Net that works to collect visitors from a wide area and funnel them to your main pages.
With a little luck the two books I’m basing 2025’s work on will be in the members area here
, well there will be a link at least as I’m not sure I can upload a PDF to Substack.
